A New Chapter for Lion House

Transforming 72–75 Red Lion Street into a sustainable hotel for Holborn

Welcome

Thank you for visiting the consultation website for Lion House, 72–75 Red Lion Street, WC1R 4NA.

We are Siggis Capital, working with award-winning architects Orms, planning to transform this outdated office building into a sustainable, well-managed hotel.

Our approach is retrofit-first, meaning we aim to reuse the existing building rather than pursue wholesale demolition and redevelopment. This reduces disruption, avoids unnecessary waste, and helps cut carbon emissions.
